Omschrijving: As Head of Online Marketing you will work in conjunction with senior stakeholders to deliver revenue-oriented marketing activity. You will have overall responsibility for acquisition on TV, online, affiliation and print/offline activities, as well as recovering and reactivating dormant customers. You will manage a team of young and talented individuals across a number of core functions to help the business deliver the KPIs set by the Group. Additionally, you will share insight and give qualified opinions on business performance to senior stakeholders. Position As Head of Online Marketing, you will: • Lead, motivate, manage and develop your team, ensuring that they individually and collectively deliver against their objectives in a positive, constructive and collaborative manner. • Finetune the existing strategic roadmap and translate it into clear and realistic objectives, measurable KPI’s and a tactical plan. • Manage the relationship with external and central digital marketing teams and partners, ensuring delivery against agreed metrics and acceptable return on investment. • Work with key stakeholders, plan and manage delivery of acquisition and reactivation activities to bring in new players and combat churn of existing players. • Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing activities and make recommendations for improvements based on data. • Co-manage the marketing budget to ensure revenues are maximized across all possible channels and segments. • Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing activities and make recommendations for improvements based on data. Profile • You have at least 10 years of experience in a digital and marketing environment of which at least 3 to 5 years of experience in a management role (leading teams). • You have a proven track record of delivering complex campaigns. • You have considerable experience in devising, planning and delivering a wide range of marketing strategies and campaigns. • You are a strong people manager and have proven leadership skills: encouraging, inspiring, identifying strengths and weaknesses with others and help them focus on their strenghts is what you are good at; • You have sound experience in developing relationships with and effectively managing external agencies. • You are a strong communicator with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels. • You can look back upon a proven track record in delivering results. • You ideally speak and write Dutch fluently but candidates with excellent knowledge of English (spoken and in writing) will be considered as well. • Detail focused with the ability to look ahead, raise issues, provide solutions and hit deadlines. • Besides all this, you are agile and able to work in a continuously changing environment; you are known as an innovator and trendspotter; you have strong strategic insight and are capable of translating strategy into clear objectives, milestones and measurable KPI’s; • Last but not least, you have strong analytical skills : the capacity of translating large sets of data and information in clear and concise messages, tailor made to the relevant public.
